Hi there!
I hope your week is off to a great start. It has been rainy and dull the last few days here, but it hasn’t dampened my spirits! I have almost finished decorating – pics soon I promise! And as well as that I have been stitching like crazy the last couple of days, partly to make up for time, but it has paid off as I am now into single figures with the ‘squares’ for the BIG Project!
It has been a slow and sometimes painful process but I am beginning to believe it really is possible! I might even manage to get my mini baubles done as well, though this has been put on the back burner whilst I focus on the advent calendar!
OH is even at the point of potentially lending a hand! And the weekend will see the sewing machine out so the pockets will get made (though I still don’t have the backing fabric yet) It’s a start, but at this stage I am just going with it and hoping for the best!
Non crafty news, the first week of advent now almost behind us, I have watched 3 christmas films with OH, Die Hard (still counts) Jingle All The Way (gotta love Arnie doing comedy) and last night we watched The Santa Clause (the Tim Allen one) as we have recently purchased the box set!! (how fun, I LOVE christmas movies!)
Yes, I think it is safe to say, the Christmas spirit is beginning to show in casa de crafty!
